Minor vent for the day

Okay, I understand that the second floor of the Undergrad library is a place where people can talk. I don't mind that, I know there are other places I can go on campus if I want truly silent study. But must you people scream! Honestly the person talking to you is sitting right next to you, why I have to hear your conversation on the other side of the building I'll never know. That is all...
